• Photos uploaded via camera or gallery are not stored permanently
• Images are processed temporarily for monument recognition
• Only derived metadata is stored (e.g. monument identifier, scan result)

3.3 User Feedback & Contributions (Optional)

Users may optionally provide feedback to help improve the App, including:

• Textual feedback about recognition accuracy
• Reports of incorrect or failed recognitions
• Proposals for missing monuments
• Uploaded reference images, descriptions, and approximate location of missing monuments

When feedback is submitted:

• Feedback data may be anonymized
• Personal identifiers are removed where applicable
• Submitted content may be retained longer than standard scan images
• Data may be used to improve monument datasets and train, validate, or evaluate computer vision (CV) and machine learning models

Participation in feedback features is voluntary and does not affect access to the App.

• Location is used only to determine where a scan occurred
